If you would like information on additional items offered in our gift shop our volunteers can assist you with a personal shopping experience.
You may purchase items online or over the phone to be delivered to the patient’s room during store hours.
  • To ensure same-day delivery, please place your order at least two hours prior to closing time otherwise all orders will be processed during regular gift shop hours the next day.
If an item is ordered outside of business hours, it will be delivered during the next business day.
Due to product availability, items delivered may not match the pictured item exactly.
We will contact you if we have a problem delivering your order.
  • During the COVID-19 pandemic deliveries are being made at scheduled intervals each day so  immediate delivery of the item is not guaranteed.
Items are only available for delivery to current patients and employees at Sharp Grossmont hospital. If a package is undeliverable, the buyer will be refunded the full cost.
  • Deliveries cannot be made until patients are assigned a room.
  • Deliveries cannot be made to ICU, COVID-19, or isolation units.

For candy and snack gift bags, specific products may vary depending upon product availability and patient's dietary restrictions.
Sometimes the product is available at the time you place the order but then becomes out of stock by the time your order is received. We may use a suitable substitution instead. We will notify you in this rare case.
